Refund & Return Policy 退款与退货政策

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any confirmed orders.
所有订单一经确认，概不退款。

However, you may request a return or exchange if the item you received was incorrect due to our error (such as wrong color or wrong eye power).
但若因我们的错误导致您收到的商品有误（如颜色或度数错误），您可以申请退换货。

To be eligible for a return:
符合退换条件的情况：

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

• You must provide clear photos of the product and shipping label.

退货条件：

• 商品必须为未拆封未使用状态

• 须在签收后3天内与我们联系

• 需提供商品照片与物流面单

Return shipping costs will be borne by us only if the mistake is on our side.
若是我们发错商品，退货运费由我们承担。

For all other cases, no return or refund will be accepted.
若非上述情况，我们将不接受任何形式的退货或退款申请。
